Vogue Nails Spa & Lashes — Attraction in Thornton

Over the course of the past couple of years, I've frequented this salon approximately 4-5 times. Initially, my impressions were not favorable, particularly during the first two visits when a male manicurist, not of my choosing, handled my nails. Despite my initial reservations, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, influenced by positive reviews, and returned for subsequent appointments.

My last two appointments, I've had Angel by coincidence. Overall, she did ok. However, my appointment today, as well as my appointment at the beginning of September, I couldn't help but notice that some spots appeared to have missed the top coat, resulting in a lack of shine. During my appointment at the beginning of September, I requested it to be fixed before leaving and paying. I only noticed because I had got a pedicure afterwards by another person there, and saw it while I was getting my toes done.

Today, unfortunately, the overall experience left much to be desired. Throughout the session, Angel seemed rushed and engaged in conversations with several co-workers, giving the impression that her attention was divided. Upon closer inspection after leaving and getting into my car, I observed once again that certain areas lacked the top coat, and brush marks of the top coat were visible. I should have looked at them closer before leaving the salon and paying, but didn’t. Contemplating whether to return, I deliberated for about 5 minutes in the parking lot but ultimately decided against it, given that I had already paid and tipped.

I will not be returning to this salon, as I've never experienced that 'wow' factor upon leaving. Despite its convenient proximity to my house, the consistent delivery of mediocre services has led me to want to explore other salons in search of a more satisfying experience.

Honestly I have never left a review before but I am sitting in the parking lot of the nail salon absolutely furious. I called ahead of time and asked if they offered the gel X overlay and extensions and they said yes so I drove 30 minutes to get to this location and asked again upon arriving if they offered that service and and they said yes. I selected my color and my service technician began working on my nails and everything was fine. Then, I felt like she was not following the process order of the service that I wanted so I asked again if I was getting the shaped gel and the extensions and she said yes. Then she continued doing a regular gel manicure which was not what I had requested. I have very long natural nails and need additional support that are regular gel manicure does not offer. When I went to pay I again brought up to the manager that this was not the service that I had requested on the phone or when I arrived in the store and they asked if I wanted them to add another layer of gel to this manicure and I said no I want the service that you all said you have but apparently you do not and he said that will be $35. So I do not have the extension on the one nail that is shorter than the rest of my nails. I do not have the extra fixed gel X that I wanted to support my naturally long nails. They still made me pay for this service. And I not satisfied with the quality of the service- my nails are uneven, there’s polish on my fingers, my nails are not smooth with the filing, they used cuticle oil for the entire hand massage(during which she caught my natural nail multiple times) and I can see multiple brush hairs attached to my nails. save your money this place is a...

I went here for a last minute on 04/09 before my wedding reception. I was placed with one gal who Asked what it was that I was looking to get and I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it was of an ombre French manicure in yellow/nude with a 3-D acrylic sunflower on both ring fingers. At first she didn’t look very confident in her own skills for this look so she looked around to her coworkers to see if there was somebody else that she would feel more comfortable sitting me with so she she didn’t disappoint me. I thought this was a very incredible gesture. It’s never happened to me at any other salon before. So her doing this really meant a lot to me especially because I had such a big day coming up. The girl she sat me with, her name was Maria, and she was so sweet so ready to do what I wanted and went through the whole color process with me and help me getnear exact colors to the picture that I wanted. I should mention that I got there a half hour before close, which to me I didn’t think that they would take me with the design so I was fully prepared to just go the next morning but they did they took me even with this complicated or intricate, if you will, design. It was a full set of acrylic nails with a custom shape and design.
