Great place to get kids energy out! Lots of things to keep them active. I wish I would have checked this place out sooner. I waited until my baby was walking well before I took my 3 year old there because I knew there wasn't any special place for crawlers. But after visiting I see that crawling siblings have padded space around the jump areas to crawl around just fine, just hover over them because kids running around do not look down for crawlers. There are also many counches so a nursing mom would have plenty of places to nurse. My 3 year old and 17 month old both had lots of fun, but ideal age to start there would be 3, up to teenagers. There are a few things that I wish were different. Either they do not have air conditioning or they barely use it. It is HOT in there. There are very few tables to sit and eat. And they allow shoes up in the jump area. They never answer their phone. No matter what time or day. And there is no way to leave a voice mail or send an email.

Second time we’ve been here during the week. We paid for the all day pass, but what does it matter when they have ZERO staff on the floor. Is that legal? Probably not but, trampoline park, zero responsibility or accountability. The one girl standing at the corner that followed other employees into the break room said that she’s the manager and this is just how it is on weekdays. Really? No staff? Nothing that has to be supervised is open. When I asked to speak to someone else she said “do you want my BIGGER manager?!” Ew. Also, stop up selling people on the all day pass if you don’t have staff and the kids that are here and standing around waiting with no one acknowledging that anybody is waiting. It’s also very, very dirty… no, filthy. The bathrooms are horrendous and there is trash all over the floors and in the pits. What does anybody do here? Does anybody work? Highly recommended Urban Air though. It’s clean, they’re staffed, and it’s not as trashy.

1. We tried to buy food and were told that they were only serving nachos. 2. We then tried to play in the arcade for a bit but the machine would not take dollars. We went to the register and asked for change but were told they could only give us $2 in change. We asked if we could come back once we ran out and they said no so we were only able to play 2 games. 3. Went to the restrooms to change the baby but were unable to use the changing table because it would not stay up. The restrooms were also very dirty. 4. We didn’t get access to the party room until 15 minutes after the designated time. 5. No one was supervising the entrance to the jumping area. Employees seemed like they weren’t very happy to be there. Management needs to step it up and ensure that they have the resources and staff they need to be successful.

8/9 Update: I called Twice an hour before I drove from Lone Tree. Unfortunately, no one answered so I left a voicemail. I still was heading up, hoping that I would get a return call. I never did so I showed up and my girls who were excited to jump and had their sky zone socks on. I was told that tonight was glow night and that my kids wouldn’t be able to jump with just an elite membership and there was an additional cost, but I would get 25% off. I let them know, that I called beforehand to get info because google said they were open until 10 PM. Ashley was very straightforward in explaining this information to me.

The problem started when DEVEN stepped in HE HAD VERY RUDE MANNERISMS AND WAS SHAKING HIS HEAD WITH A TILT AND ODDLY BLINKING RAPIDLY AND SAID THAT HAD I GONE ON THEIR WEBSITE, THAT I WOULD’VE SEEN THAT IT WAS GLOW NIGHT TONIGHT and that they were so busy; that they were unable to answer the phone. I then responded that “They had an hour and 20 minutes to answer the phone and that someone could’ve called me back. “ Deven explained how “busy they were yet again” So I asked “if he was so busy then why when I walked in, why was he tossing the ball around into the air and having a good time and laughing; Instead, they could’ve been checking their voicemails and returning client calls before I made the drive up.” I wish someone had been more understanding and let us in this one time as an exception with a reduced entry etc; but instead Devon refused to work with me and said the only thing you can offer was a 25% discount then I said, I wanted to cancel my membership he said he couldn’t do it there and that I would have to do it online, I walked out and then turned around and walked back in and asked for the three people that were “helping me and their names.”

The other two Ashley and a young man were really helpful when I returned and kind as they knew I was upset and they strived to make the experience better for me, which I truly appreciate. Miraculously, the young man offered to cancel my membership on their computer which Deven lied earlier by saying “ they couldn’t do that on their computers” and confirmed with me that it said pending membership cancellation . Ashley then kindly informed me that even though we’re pending cancellation that I did pay for a full 30 days and could continue to use my pass until the 17th of this month . Devon continued to ignore me and not acknowledge me, (by pretending to be super busy of course) Deven overall is a poor excuse for a manager, even if you couldn’t reduce the price more than 25% off, he could’ve been respectful, kind and apologized for playing when I walked in, Seeing him “playing around” really made me Skeptical Of “how Busy Devan really was”. He shouldn’t be customer facing and needs customer service coaching and hospitality training and role playing scenarios. Deven needs to learn how to proactively work on finding solutions to turn the customer experience around and not make it worse with a deeming negative rude attitude.

I’m a manager for a major corporation and we get very busy at work, during downtime, I make sure that I am returning client calls and following up with clients, not making excuses and playing around like Deven does. My sister is running for mayor and very close by to this location and as much as I would love to support this sky zone, These last two experiences have done it for me, and I will not be continuing my membership at this location anymore. The young gentlemen with Ashley attempted to offer me some free jumping passes to return, but between this experience and last time (calling my daughter a boy) that I denied the free passes and you couldn’t even pay me to return. This is such a nice establishment and has so much potential but unfortunately there’s a few bad eggs (DEVEN) that work at this location and are ruining customer experiences, which is unfortunate. I spoke up and made sure Deven somewhat heard what I had to say about him and that he shouldn’t be in management and that Ashley and the other young man owned...

UPDATE

Like you might read in some of the other posts, there are a bunch (usually the same group) of bad kids that hang out here. 3 out of the last 4 times we were there, we had a kid steal something from us after the group of boys taunted my 10 year old daughter (which we got back after catching the kid), swearing at my daughter, name calling, one of the kids even called me a "PUNK A$$ B*TCH", and most recently 8-10 kids literally surrounding my daughter ready to beat her up. They were all there for a kids bday party. My kid told me the one boy was so close to her face she could smell his breath. You only have to be 14 yrs old to be unattended at sky zone so it's basically a daycare for teenagers during the day. There are WAYYY too many kids to associate ratio so if you run into an issue, no one is around to help. And all the kids that work there don't know how to address issues like this. I was told to have one of the kids tell the adult on duty, but I don't have time to deal with that while my daughter is about to get jumped and constantly gets bullied every time. I'm going to cancel my membership because it's useless.

We've been coming here since the opening, and it has gone EXTREMELY downhill. There were 6 employees total, 2 at the front which takes forever to get service, 3 who were standing behind the dark concession stand that wasn't even serving food. And I would say about 100 kids playing. The manager (who I assume is the girl with the the black shirt which was a different shirt then all the other associates), was standing at the entrance reading/holding a 3 ring binder the entire time. No one monitoring the trampolines at all. One person helping at the slides. We had to track down someone to help us at the other station to jump off the ledge. Kids grab the slide mats and use them to slide down the top of the trampolines. I saw 2 boys playing catch with a football they brought in and running passes ON THE TRAMPOLINES. The kid nailed a young girl in the head with a pass and her Dad lost it. No one even noticed or said anything because it is completely unmonitored. There was a teen with his pants sagging halfway down his legs. My daughter came up to me and said "Dad, there is a boy with his pants down here". Its filthy and falling apart and...

So I gave sky zone few days to respond to a email i sent them before i did this but since i got no response. On Dec 19th i had a party scheduled for my twin boys as i do every yr on there b-day.So 1st i want to start with the staff in charge. Guadalupe. How much time do you spend with employee before you make them a manager? this kid has no respect when it comes to talking to an adult. I'm not for any reason looking to anything free but your going to get an ear full. So did every one know that if you have a bday party at skyzone you cant have anyone use the monthly membership that we as parents pay for? Yes RIDICULOUS. My kids and a few other kids had them and we were denied the use of them, i had to pay for them as party jumpers. As i was told and if for any reason you don't like that they can't jump that day. I understand you have your rules but come on. So now if you book a party the kids get 1 hr of jump time and one 1hr in the room. Who's bright idea or how much time did you spend thinking this one through? So you are to leave your stuff on a cart the whole time the kids are jumping the first hr Knowing the room is empty or your party area but you can't set up. Then once they give you the area you have no time to decorate more less set up food. Then you have to keep all your kids from jumping because they are not allowed. Maybe we picked the wrong package but damm this should'nt even be an option. I want to see you keep 20 kids from jumping because its $10 more per kid. But wait this only gets better. The whole party i was told over and over that i needed to be out at 7pm sharp. 5 to 6 jump. 6 to 7pm room. they had there X-MAS party that same day. Yes i had 1 hr to set up feed kids open presents and cut cake and clean up. I as a parent strongly recommend to stay away from this place you don't need the headache for any party. I have since cancelled All 7 of my kids memberships for this place plus all the parents that attended the party could not believe how we were treated. Please don't respond to this review as i have said what i needed. If for any reason you chose to i will be more the glade to continue to express my self. I DARE YOU. You only got a star because that is the only way i can...
