Finally this incredible place is opened. We discovered Bacio di Latte in Marina del Rey where we went many times. The recent addition to the chain in Westlake Village not only makes a lot of sense but will delight the local crowd, including myself. I was very happy to be one of the first Customers on Saturday. The ice cream flavors are very deep and strong. They leave you with a lasting taste in your mouth. My favorite is « Nociola » hazelnut, with several full nuts per scoop. The decor is very similar to that of Marina del Rey, as well as the welcoming smile of the employees. The process and the organization are a true replicate, maintaining consistency and ensuring delighted Customers know what to expect and will be back. A little on the pricey side at $18 for two people but well worth it. No competitors come even close in terms of taste. They also have a reward program where every purchase provides you with points towards a free treat. Just make sure you load the app and give your phone number to...
Read moreWhat an experience! Every time I come to this gelato spot, it truly never disappoints. The flavors are out of this world — we got the Nutella waffle cone with pistachio mousse and cookies & sweet cream, and every bite was perfection. The textures, the richness, the balance of flavor… just wow.
We also tried a few of their cookies — the classic chocolate chip, oatmeal, and sugar — and hands down, the sugar and oatmeal were our favorites. So soft, fresh, and flavorful.
To top it all off, the staff here are always super friendly and welcoming. You can tell they care about their customers and the quality of what they serve. Can’t wait to...
Read moreIf I could leave zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I went to bacio di latte for gelato after dinner and he has a nut allergy but is fine with traces. He let the workers know about his allergy and when we got our ice cream he took one bite of his salted Carmel and there was a nut inside of it. I understand making the gelato in the same machines but not taking care to make sure the gelatos are not contaminated with each other in the containers is extremely irresponsible and dangerous. We ended up at the ER because of bacio di latte. This is very unfortunate and disappointing as it used to be our favorite gelatos spot. Please do better...
