From Claires to Coach
I wanted to share with anyone who may see this how much coach means to me and has done such a good service for me. I got my first coach bag for around I want to say my 9-10 birthday in June. My mom and my grandma had always gotten matching coach bags at the outlets when we’d go shopping together and I always wanted one and so they took me there and let me pick out what I wanted. I had literally picked out the most stand out bag probably in that whole store but I loved it so much. It was a hot pink medium size hand bag with a crossbody strap and it was the most beautiful luxury bag I had ever seen. I took that bag everywhere and used it religiously. I’m now 20 years old and I still have it in my room. Even though it is hot pink and I may have outgrown that style a long time ago haha. Since then as I grew older coach bags never failed to wow me. I remember before the tabby really blew up in popularity. My grandmother had gotten me a tweed tabby for Christmas. That bag was so beautiful. (For reference I still have all of my coach bags). I started getting into bigger tote bags in my mid teen years so I have a lot of Dempsey totes as well. My mom also loves coach to this day we’re always looking at bags we both like. I am very grateful that I was able to get all these nice coach bags at such a young age. My parents were and still are so good to me and I am super thankful that they have been able to open me up to the coach experience so young. I had always been a girly girl and loved bags. When I made the upgrade from Claire’s to Coach, my life changed forever in the best way possible. So thank you to everyone at coach for making a huge contribution to my childhood years and to my current lifestyle it really is a beautiful feeling to go from getting my first one as a birthday gift from my family to now working in college making my own money able to get them for myself! (Of course if my parents offer to pay I could never say no) so thank you to coach I will forever be grateful for you. The individual bag photo is not mine but it is of the bag because I have to go through the bags in my room to find it! This is me at 10 years old with my coach bag! I’m glad I am taking Jody’s advice! Thank you for making my shopping experience that much...
Read moreI am located in GA and had been searching for the Embossed Maggie Tote for a while. I stumbled across a Facebook post where other women were having luck calling stores and purchasing the bag. I decided to try my luck and I called the two stores near me in GA, but the bag was sold out. I called the Destin store ( I had just visited that location and purchased a bag), but there was no answer. I called the location in Vineland, Florida and spoke with an associate named Cassandra. Here is where my luck began, Cassandra informed me that her location was also sold out, but she asked if I wanted her to check around to see if she could locate the bag for me at another location. I said YES!! She put me on hold and came back with a number for this store located in Jersey. Cassandra gave me the style number and phone number and I called immediately. Julia answered the phone and assisted me with my request. She was so polite and patient. She checked her inventory and as fate would have it, she had a bag in stock. She verified my information in her system and sent me a link for payment and she will be sending my bag soon. I am so happy with the outstanding customer service I received from these sales associates. I hope Julia's management team sees this and knows how special of an employee they have on their hands. Thank you so much for helping me...
Read moreUsually I don't have a bad experience shopping at this location, and I takes a lot for me to have to write about a negative experience but there was one older woman with glasses and brown hair eyeing me and my brother while we were shopping and I heard her say her earpiece (write in front of us within earshot) "watch out for the two in front." After I told her I wasn't stealing she played it off like she wasn't speaking about me (probably not expecting me to say something to her) but she happened to be behind the register watching me get rung up for my bracelet. Just very unsettling and the first time I had ever felt this way or ever been "accused" of doing this. Ruined my shopping experience as I felt I was being watched the entire time while I was browsing. I understand it is part of the job (I've worked in retail before) but you don't do that right in front of customers. The woman who rung me up, Hous, was...
