Today is April 2, 2024. I called on my husband's behalf, to make an appointment for my husband to see the doctor so he can get a referral to an ENT. The first voice I heard was a very rude female voice that sounded like she was irritated by my call. My husband had called earlier but it seemed he did not undertsand what he was told because he went on google and contacted another office that made him an appt to test his hearing. My husband was diagnosed by Kaiser ED dr with vertigo. Dr. Rammaya's receptionist said with a rude voice "Kaiser is out of network." Of course it is. This staff did not tell my husband to bring the papers to Dr Rammaya's office. I had to ask if he could drop off the papers from Kaiser. I had to hang up the phone without saying goodbye because I felt like she was irritated and bothered by my call and my husband's call. I am surprised because we at Providence do not speak to anyone in such rude and irritated and unhelpful manner. Always filled with patients and wait time is rarely if ever less than 45 minutes. Mind you most of her patient seem geriatric.
