Los Arboles "Rocketship" Park — Attraction in Torrance

We checked this place out after hearing good things from friends. Compared to other indoor playgrounds, this place is pretty pricey. It is $4.95 per adult. However, my kids played non stop for 3 hours. They would have stayed longer if we didn't carry them out. It was crowded on the Friday after Christmas, but my kids didn't really have to wait. There were plenty of different areas for my kids to try it. This place reminded me of the kids cafes that are all over South Korea.

My one big knock on this place was that they didn't check our stamps to make sure we were taking our kids. Potentially, anyone could have walked out with our kids so PLEASE WATCH YOUR KIDS! Especially around the exits. Management should emphasize the importance of checking those stamps, since the safety of the kids should be of utmost importance. The location is out-of-this-world! Up high on the Palos Verdes hill with one of the best views around of pretty much all of the Los Angeles basin (at least, on a clear day) and the ocean beyond. Great place for a picnic or just sit on the benches and watch the world go by.

The park is nice, with a big grassy area and a bunch of fun new play equipment. Swings. Things that spin. And of course a 4-level rocket ship with a slide and a moon lander right next to it. Plenty of fodder for the imaginations of young astronauts.

Only drawback is there is no public restroom. Edit: see-saws...

I recently visited Los Arboles Rocketship Park and it was an amazing experience! The park is well-maintained and the rocketship structure is a unique and fun feature that really sets it apart from other parks. My kids loved climbing up the rocketship and pretending to blast off into space. The playground equipment is safe and age-appropriate, which gave me peace of mind as a parent.
