Been going here for 20+ years And lately for some reason the service has been the worst ever! Especially from management... ever since they remodeled a few years back. ... the portions are way smaller!!! in a regular bean and cheese burrito is just all tortilla..and then they hardly put any lettuce or cheese in a regular taco.??? What’s up with that, also who ever designed your drive through isn’t the smartest person lol You’ll either never get a chance to even drive trough or even park and walk inside, because the drive threw is designed improper and gets jammed up. Or if you’re luck you get in line then are stuck and, you’ll be waiting 35-40minutes Also the last 4 times I’ve drove there they decided to close early like at 7pm early Putting signs up on the drive threw etc... I was patiently waiting one day and it was my turn to order Keep in mind the car in front of me just ordered and also received three food. Waited a few minutes, even said hello a couple times... no response Them some kid comes out the back door and puts a sign up saying closed blah blah blah I drove up to the window and the manager argued with me refusing to sell me food as I explained the situation And he didn’t give a darn some white guy he’s a manager and I’ve never seen him before. I’d say he’s about 2 months or so new to this location.
You’ve lost my...
Read moreMeh. The bean and cheese burrito was really tasty, although it was a little on the skinny side. That was fine when they charged a dollar or less, but now with the new menu pricing they should step up the thickness. The nachos supreme is no longer an item, so they have the nachos bell grande which costs more, however at least 30 percent of the chips weren't touched by any cheese sauce or anything else. It could've been repackaged was a small chips. That's exactly why I never ordered the nachos bell grande. Only the nacho supreme. All killer, no filler. Oh well, 2 small drinks, two nachos bell grande, and two bean and cheese burritos for $20. The nachos were bland, but the burritos had the classic taco bell burrito taste that I came for. This was my first time eating taco bell in almost a year, so my palette was clean going in. Maybe the cheese sauce wasn't as spicy as it used to be? The employees need to serve proper portions. Make every item like it was for themselves. Can't get numb and start clock watching. Oh, some guy in the drive thru got out of the car and was peeing in the bushes at 11:30am in the parking lot. I've seen worse, but still...
Burrito was cool. Could've...
Read moreThe management of this store is absolutely horrible. It took several minutes for me to be able to order because the employee kept walking away and talking to other customers. I paid $10.08 for three soft tacos and a Baja Blast when all 3 of my tacos are mostly tortilla with barely any meat, veggies or cheese. It should be full, full enough the cheese gets everywhere like how every other tacobell makes it. Barely three years ago that establishment knew how to actually function as a store. I don't know who's in charge now, but you need to train your employees in better customer service and how to actually make a soft taco. Also, I had to inform an employee of the huge spilled soda mess in the dining section after it had been there for several minutes. Another incident, previous to today, employees were swearing at each other about management so its not just us who see how badly this store is currently being ran. I used to love this tacobell, but now its just a husk of its...
