So this process seemed so daunting with so many options and prices. I did some research online before I ever went into a mattress retailer. I choose City Mattress because of their great reviews and they also have been in business for a very long time. They must be doing something right. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Jake. Jake was incredibly knowledgeable and most importantly, HE LISTENED. He listened to everything I told him. Not just how I sleep or what level firm - plushness I wanted, but my life style, my medical issues that create a hard time for me sleeping most of the time. I was uncompromising on the adjustable bed. I had to have one but the time he took to show me and try out different levels of firmness and different adjustable options made all the difference. His in depth explanations of how and what and why was exactly what I wanted. I needed to be taught about the things I was about to buy. Without his expertise I would still be searching and searching and hopefully not making a huge mistake else where. He got my quote written up for me, and after a very brief phone call to my husband for the go ahead we placed our order for a brand new highly anticipated adjustable spilt king size bed. He made sure I was aware of all warranty's and what would void those warranty's. He made sure after all the money we were spending that we received a very good mattress protector, he even got me a good deal on it! He sold us on the 0% interest for 48 months, and after being verified with the bank they work with, I couldn't believed what our monthly payments would be. This gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and would be very happy with our purchase. People spend a lot of money on this stuff, and he never lost sight of that. I cant wait to get my new bed and finally have a good nights rest, and the best part....after 30, 60 or even 90 days if we do not like our mattress we can return and pick a different one! I recently purchased a Knickerbocker Embrace 360 bed frame from the City Mattress on Transit Road in Depew, NY. When I first went in, I met Paul and he was very patient and helpful as I spent time inspecting the frame (they have several models set up on the floor to hold mattresses). I would definitely recommend that frame - it is solid as a rock. I ended up coming into the store about 4 or 5 times over the course of a month or so with different questions and I even wanted to measure certain aspects of the frame using the floor models as a reference. It was on one of the subsequent visits that I met Jake, the store manager. Jake is extremely friendly and knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. He was very patient with me and took the time to answer additional questions from me over the phone. Yes, I'm a little OCD when making a purchase, but both Jake and Paul made me feel like I was their only customer that day - they were patient, courteous, eager to help and never made me feel like I was bothering them - and the reason I'm so impressed is because I wasn't purchasing an $8,000 mattress... I was merely purchasing a $350 bed frame!! OUTSTANDING customer service from Paul and Jake!! I would not hesitate to recommend City Mattress on Transit Road in Depew, NY for ANY of your sleep needs. Make sure you see Paul or Jake - both gentlemen are first class. I will definitely be back...

Expecting guests for the weekend and discovering a bunch of busted wooden slats on the current bedframe, I called City Mattress and spoke to Alicia. I explained my situation, my time crunch, and my need for same-delivery and she hooked me up! In less than an hour, I had a solution to my problem, and two new box springs and a new metal frame were loaded up to be delivered to my house. I was at work during the delivery, but my in-laws said the people installing the items worked quickly and were very friendly and professional. Before I even got home, the new metal frame was installed inside my current frame to replace the busted wooden slats, and the new box springs added much-needed support. I could not be happier with my experience all around – with Alicia who was knowledgeable, empathetic, and extremely professional; with the warehouse staff who loaded and shipped my order so expeditiously; and with the friendly and professional staff who installed my items with great care. I would absolutely recommend this exceptional store...
