I am normally not one to have an issue with fast food because I worked it for many years but the worker trying to blame me for my wait is where I have a problem. I placed a curbside order when I was about 1 minute away. When I arrived there were not curbside spots available, one of four being occupied by empty cars. So I click that there were no spots and it tells me to park anywhere and they would bring it to my car. So I park in the front and wait. I noticed my order disappeared, so I went in. When I go to get my order the worker said I never got it because I wasn’t in a curbside spot. So I just replied with “oh when I got here there weren’t any available and it said to just park.” And instead of apologizing or even just ignoring the comment he once again tries to argue by saying, “Your order has been here for 10 minutes so place an order when you’re a minute away.” And to this I just responded with “I did, I was directly across the street when i placed it and was just waiting”. To this he just rolled his eyes and I left. This one is usually fast and great but this rude worker (tall, scrawny white guy with dark hair and glasses), was enough to make me drive to a farther one which is clearly busier...
Read moreMy wife and I went to the drive thru, the staff was extremely friendly as you would expect and the lines went fast. A few concerns. As this was only my send time to a Chick-fil-A, I'm not familiar with the menu. The young lady taking the orders can to our car, many car lengths before the menu. How would I know what is on the menu? I express my 'Noobness' and randomly asked about a chicken sandwich. (I figured it was a good chance they had one... ;) )She said yes they had one and asked if I wanted fries and a drink etc... and off I went. I didn't really know what was on the menu until we drove by it a few moments later. This was not a HUGE deal for me, but I would have liked the opportunity to at least see the menu first. The next issue was more the problem for me. I ordered the 'crunchy chicken sandwich, NOTHING about it was crunchy. Bun was soggy and chicken was not crunchy in the least. The fries were good, but whomever filled the to-go container was quite conservative with their portions. It was only about half to three quarters full. :/ $7.00 for a sandwich and fries (No drink), I probably wouldn't go...
Read moreMight I first start off with how I think it is disgraceful that a boy was working around dinner time today outside when the area had some of the most frigid temperatures in years. I don’t see how someone charging my credit card ahead of time is making my wait shorter. Second, I’ll preface that I haven’t been to a Chick-filet in quite some time, but I don’t remember the waffle potato fries ever being so stale tasting. I couldn’t figure out whether mine were burnt or old, but they definitely weren’t as good as they used to be. The grilled chicken nuggets were also rubbery, and tasted like they sat in the cup they were served in for an hour under a heating lamp. Only redeeming part of my visit was the new lime lemonade, which was my whole reason for the trip in the first place. Chick-filet should straighten up the act. If they want to charge the prices they...
