The taco bell/KFC location on transit and losson is just amazing. The employees are always super friendly. We come here on a regular basis because my hubby is obsessed with some kind of stupid special nacho fries with steak on them, and at this location only it's always the same amazing girl who will go out of her way to make them special for him.
all of the other locations (ESPECIALLY on union road) will act like they don't know what he's asking for, or say sorry we don't have those anymore when it shows nacho fries all over the signs 🤣😭🤣 We have 6 people in our house, the 4 kids are picky, my hubby's even pickier, and we absolutely drive right past the union road location and go 15 minutes further out of our way and the 15 extra minutes back because we know that the transit and losson location gets our big, crazy orders right everytime, that the food will be hot and cooked right, and the employees there are friendly and nice.
Whoever the drive thru girl is (the one who is there literally every single night between 6pm and 9pm) should definitely become the manager, she's always friendly and nice and great with customers, even when they are my pain in the butt hubby who is ordering 50 things and all 50 things are different requests along the lines of "so I don't want lettuce, but can I have extra tomatos and extra cheese, but can you put the salsa on the side in a little cup with a lid, and add steak too, and alot of that weird green ardvark sauce i dont care how much extra you have to charge but omg not the gross orange sauce I don't know what it's called but it looks like the McDonald's big Mac mystery sauce"
This awesome girl makes sure it's right every single time and always is there with a smile on her face every single time- when everyone else, everywhere else probably sees our car coming and are yelling not it, hears his voice and are probably sighing and rolling their eyes , and are all probably saying not this freaking guy...
Read moreNOTE: this review is for a GrubHub order. Inaccuracy may have been the fault of the driver, but food quality is not...
Ordered a cheesy gordita crunch (no meat, sub black beans, +sour cream), Cinnabons, a medium drink, a spicy potato taco, Fiesta potato bowl, and a power bowl.
I received refried beans instead of black beans, again, in my gordita crunch. I do not know why this happens so often, when I specifically clarify black beans. Could have been my Grubhub driver. But the hard, awful potatoes are Taco Bell's fault. If you would not eat it, do not serve it. The potatoes in the taco were legitimately inedible. I also did not receive my drink, and the driver shrugged and said you wouldn't give her one. I do not know what the truth is, but I know my money went to you.
Why two stars instead of one? When I called regarding my order (because it was running late, and was in the "being prepared" section for an hour), the person speaking to me was very kind and explained that the driver had to order since there wasn't online ordering. I appreciate that, but I also would have appreciated an accurate, complete, edible order.
Changed to three stars: Jamie is very helpful. Customer service done...
Read moreEdit: (Review #2) Seriously… I really love whoever it is that recognizes when I’m trying to order a Quesarito through UberEats, and grills it for me even though the app doesn’t offer the option. Whoever you are, you’re awesome!
(Original) I go to this location fairly regularly and almost always the food is good and the staff is friendly.
I wanted to leave a review today though because of my experience ordering via UberEats. I was craving a Quesarito which Taco Bell no longer serves unless you order through the app. In an attempt to recreate it, I ordered a Beefy 5-Layer, sub beans for rice, and add chipotle.
When my food arrives, I’m greeted with my food labeled as pictured (“Quesarito (clever)”). That employee knew what was up. Not only that, but they went ahead and grilled the burrito like a Quesarito should be.
Now THAT is knowing your customer and going the extra...
