I believe there is a communication scam with these guys. Other one star reviews If you read them will show the signs. I should have listened. I attached our convo I went in to have a diagnosis done I was extremely clear on that. I build computers to and I had run into a problem I couldn’t figure out since I didn’t have a display port at the time. He said 75 dollars since I did not want to have repairs done. Other wise he would have waived the fee. I explained everything I did to try and resolve it and he did not care nor did he really want to listen ( this is important later on ) . After 2 days of talking the third day I brought it in. The 4th day he says he fixed it. He reset my mother board ( something I told him I had already done ) he asked for my password that day too which made me uncomfortable because he should have mentioned he would need it 4 days before when we first started talking. I gave it to him ( never do this ) PLEASE MAKE A GUEST ACCOUNT BEFORE YOU BRING TO A SHOP. just for him to say he didn’t want to go in anymore because of my trust issues which I think were very reasonable. He said he didn’t go in my COMPUTER but my data logs show multiple log in’s from a few minutes after I gave him my password. So he is also a LIAR. He tried to charge me 165 dollars because he “ fixed “ my problem Which I never asked him too. That is where the SCAM PLAYS IN. They will makes fixes on things because his words were. “ why would you bring it in if you don’t want it fixed” I refused and paid 75 which I’m glad I did because the moment I brought it home it experienced the same problem RIGHT AWAY. THE PROBLEM I TOOK IT IN FOR. The PROBLEM he assured me he FIXED. He sent a picture of my login screen with no explanation and said that’s PROOF he fixed it. Ok pal LOL He also said when I asked him why he “ fixed my computer “ He said he doesn’t have time for this to come pick up my computer ASAP and kept CALLING me while I was at work. That made me feel like he would try and sabotage my personal information and hardware. I have all the proof and I have recordings of our conversation. I took it home got a new display chord. did some more research and I fixed it myself for free. He was rude, impatient. And admitted to not being there at the shop some of those days. so they have you bring your computer in someone lets you in and they go in and out as they please and all these other people can be around your personal belongings Willy nilly. I NEVER GOT A DIAGNOSES. I basically got highway robbed and tricked.

I had an issue with my desktop PC dying during use. Computer Geeks got me in that same morning and quickly diagnosed the issue. The unbranded PSU had failed, taking out my unbranded liquid cooling system and my 3080 Ti in the process. He quickly replaced the PSU and liquid cooling system with quality branded components, and I sent my GPU back to the manufacturer because it was still under warranty. Gigabyte replaced it with a 4070 Ti Super. Now my gaming rig is back and better than ever, and I no longer have to worry major components failing because they’re poor quality. I especially appreciated the quick communication via text messages any time he had an update on what he found during testing. I highly recommend this shop for anyone with short notice breakdowns in particular. The convenient location is easy to get to, and the parking in back means you’re not moving expensive electronics to and from your car in front of a bunch of people passing by. I waited a couple months before writing this review, and can confirm the PC has been running smoothly, quietly, and at cool temperatures with no further issues.

I had an issue with orientation to My AIO cooler and proper placement of the pump being at the bottom of the loop. This was My first build and I decided I put too much money into this & I'll use the old computer of mine as a learning tool. These guys went above and beyond. Had MY PC perfect in less than 4 hours. Their fee was reasonable. One of My exaust fans isn't running but that's an easy fix. A++++

I believe there is a communication scam with these guys. Other one star reviews If you read them will show the signs. I should have listened. I attached our convo

I went in to have a diagnosis done I was extremely clear on that. I build computers to and I had run into a problem I couldn’t figure out since I didn’t have a display port at the time. He said 75 dollars since I did not want to have repairs done. Other wise he would have waived the fee. . After 2 days of talking the third day I brought it in. The 4th day he says he fixed it. He reset my mother board ( something I told him I had already done )

he asked for my password that day too which made me uncomfortable because he should have mentioned he would need it 4 days before when we first started talking. I gave it to him ( never do this ) PLEASE MAKE A GUEST ACCOUNT BEFORE YOU BRING TO A SHOP. just for him to say he didn’t want to go in anymore because of my trust issues which I think were very reasonable. I never leave reviews, but this was something else. After dropping off my PC, he couldn’t diagnose the issue after 24 hours but quoted a $200-$250 repair fee anyway. He also said he was going to be taking my PC apart without approval just to “look into it more.” When I asked for an update after 24 hours (in which he never contacted me), he was rude and accusatory, saying, “Why did you bring it in wasting my time, if you don’t want to pay?” I simply asked for a diagnosis update after 24 hours had passed, to which his response was “why are you wasting my time if you don’t want me to fix it?!” Then he quotes me $250 charge without even knowing the issue! So was he going to make fixes without my approval and then charge me later on as well?!

I felt pressured and uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop—it was frustrating, unprofessional, and I’m concerned about the potential damage to my system if I let him continue working on it or if he did something to it already!

Lastly, the owner Sunil Zach claimed to be open 24/7, but when I called on a Sunday and we agreed he would call me an hour later, he made me wait two more hours after which I was told to come in. The entire visit at his shop he was dismissive and rude. The last straw was yelling at me on the phone when I ask you don’t make fixes without my approval if you know the problem. I’m shocked at the outstanding reviews bc I had none of this.

EDIT: REPLY

My issue was very clear—I needed my PC diagnosed and fixed. Instead of giving me a proper diagnosis WITHIN 24 HOURS, you told me i haven’t found the issue yet, but it would be $200 minimum. When I asked for an update on diagnostic and requested you let me know what you find before making changes you became rude and dismissive, saying, “Why did you bring it in if you don’t want to pay?” When all I asked was a diagnostic update after 24 hours

If you have a backlog and staffing issues, you should inform customers before taking their devices in. The reason for my review is simple: poor communication, rudeness, and an unclear pricing model. A good business earns trust through transparency and professionalism—not by making excuses when you couldn’t figure out the issue. Posting those AI pictures on social media of your imaginary team and working from your home it’s clear you are a one man band that false advertises. Simply put you couldn’t diagnose within 24 hrs and got agitated at customer when he asked...

Zach competently saved me from a tough computer problem on a day when most computer shops are closed. I was unable to unlock my computer, and he was able to factory reset my computer without losing my data. Huge thank you to him for that, and I can vouch for his competence.

However, I found him to be dishonest. We spoke on the phone repeatedly and once in person, and each time we confirmed that the factory reset and data extraction would cost $200 plus tax. When I went to pick up my computer, he told me that he had forgotten to inform me that the data extraction normally cost $150 on top of the $200 for the factory reset. That being said, he told me he would charge me an additional $50 only, for a total of $250.

When I resisted this, he immediately relented and charged me the initially agreed on $200 + tax. Regardless of his intent, this came across as dishonest. How had he forgotten to mention this completely different price during our multiple conversations? If it were truly a mistake, why did he wait until the last moment to let me know? Why try for the extra $50, then immediately relent, as if we were haggling?

When I asked for a list of prices, he refused to provide one. When I asked for an invoice, he refused to provide that either, saying invoices are only for business clients. As a result, there is no documentation of what services were provided at what cost.

Zach is a competent technician with convenient hours, but unless he makes changes in his practices, I will not be dealing with him again and will not recommend...
