Although I don't live anywhere close to this bridge, I have and continue to come through here periodically heading to points north. And because of that I listen to a few different North Country radio stations. When I heard about the predecessor to this structure having to be torn down and rebuilt, I knew I had to, one day, come through here to go over the new bridge. And besides, much like Samuel De Champlain, I love to explore places I have never been before.

The adirondacks to the west in n.y really po out at you and the green mountains of vermont to the east!!! Too bad the green mountains are alot further away so n.y's view wins! Read more🤩Really beautiful and elegant bridge who cross the South Champlain Lake with a nice view on the south and north.😍 On the west side end there is a nice state park / camping there is a old lighthouse/fort monument dedicated to Samuel de Champlain. 🤗 Restroom and picnic table available. A nice place to take a break on a nice roadtrip.
