This gross salon and thier terrible staff don't even deserve 1 star.
First, they need to work on their cleanliness - ESPECIALLY with COVID being an issue. Not one precaution was taken, no seats or stations were wiped down between customers, everyone is sitting ontop of each other - not safe to function this way during Flu/CV season.
Second, they've never been friendly, which is fine (I'm not coming to the nail salon to make friends), but today they were downright disgraceful. I made a 2pm appointment for my sister, niece, and me greater than 24hours in advance. After making me wait 1hr 15 minutes to even ask what I needed/what appointment I had, the staff tried to say I didn't make an appointment for myself (only called them for my sister and niece) and didn't even apologize for messing up my appointment. I've come here frequently to have UV Gel Fill-ins & designs with Tracy; I made an appointment for my fill-in BEFORE I even made an appointment for the other two. I will NEVER come back. Their quality is mediocre anyway - especially when they overbook themselves with appointments and rush through everyone's services.
My response to the Salon's reply: I called at 12:52pm asking if I could come later. The nasty man that works at the salon told me "coming later is BETTER". We would have come after dinner if we had known we'd be sitting there for greater than an hour before even being acknowledged. The disgruntled woman I made my initial appointment with over the phone yesterday said I didn't make an appointment for myself which was either a huge oversight or huge mistake. None of you even apologized! You claim I didn't pay for my service - what service?! YOU DIDNT TOUCH MY NAILS WHAT WOULD YOU BE PAID FOR?! You WERE paid for the other two. Merry Christmas. Read moreI came to this salon today with a friend who has been an ongoing customer. Despite having an appointment for the 3 of us, we were not acknowledged for over an hour. When we were acknowledged, they took the 2 people with the quicker services and ignored their ongoing customer. When we brought attention to this, they said the 3rd service was not part of our appointment. This was not the case, I overheard the call when the appointment was made & the person who answered the call repeated the services back before the call ended. When we explained this, there was no apology and they did not attempt to rectify the situation. They instead took the next customer and ignored us. The section I was seated in while receiving my manicure was filthy. I watched another customer get moved from my seat to another before taking me. They did not attempt to sanitize the area in any way. Pieces of acrylic nails were all over the work station and floor. There was remnants of polish powder on the station as well. They used the same brush to a wipe small area of the dirty work section from the previous customer as they did my hands. The worker was rude and did not listen to my request. When the gentleman, who appeared to be the manager or owner, took over, he rushed through my nails, made 3 of my fingers bleed and rolled his eyes when I expressed that he hurt me. I also had several employees come over and stare at us after we complained, including one that I had to ask to back up, as I was extremely uncomfortable with how close she was to me. Read moreBeen coming here for years but recently they’re experiencing staffing issues and Bobby is out so the quality of their work and their customer service has gone down EXPONENTIALLY. I came in to get an aura manicure (see picture) and one of the nails techs (a young male - he looked new) rushed my manicure and did a terrible job. The design was completely off - even after I gently asked if he could do it more like the photo multiple times but he just rushed the job and kept saying it’s done. I came back the next day because I noticed all of the nails had air bubbles and looked terrible and they all literally ignored me and shood me away telling me “they’re too busy come back later.” It’s fine to say that but there’s a way to say it and to treat a paying customer with respect. The bare minimum is to make eye contact and explain that to them. I told them I couldn’t come back and that I drove 20 minutes out of my way to come back and they literally just ignored me and stayed silent. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card to make sure I’m refunded and telling all of my friends and family who have been going here to never come back. I have never been treated that way in my entire life.
