AT&T — Local services in Town of Hempstead

I went into the AT&T store expecting to wait, and receive very "standard" service. However, what I received was personalized - excellent service that I don't feel I would have received had I went to another location. Other locations, that I have been to, do not devote the time and experience that I received here. Jay, the owner, took the time and went over and explained everything to me. By the time I left the store, which was almost two hours later, because not only did I get an iphone and a tablet, but I feel as if I made a friend. I got to know him - he got to know me. I can't say that I had an experience - a personal experience, with any salesperson, that I received with Jay.

Also, I must add, that I had an issue with my bill and was very pissed off, but once I went back into the location and spoke with Jay, he made me smile, of course, and cleared and/or made all my issues go away.

I totally recommend this location and especially Jay, the owner. Use this location - don't go to the one on Hempstead Turnpike - as your experience will not be the same.

I wish I can give 0 star for the service he is giving to the customers, he have lied to me and I am paying more than double what he have described i have 5 lines in total so i trade in 3 phones and were promised that bill will be only whatever amount but i am ending up paying almost 1. 5 times more and i also paid the activation fee which were never disclosed to me even when i asked they says no no u r not going to pay that dont worry and now even in the AT&T app there is no trade in activity is shown so i dont know what they have done and its 4 months so before writing this comment i waited for 4 months maybe its still jas to applied usually after 2 billing cycles so be aware its...

The customer service in this location is wonderful, I decided to go to this AT&T for a last minute iPhone gift for a loved one and the worker that helped me hasham was such a great help and very patient with providing helpful information while walking me down with the step by step processes, it was my first time purchasing a phone for someone else so of course I was lost re asking the same questions but he always found a way to explain in a better way and take his time and be patient so thank you to him I would recommend this AT&T store to anyone looking to purchase any item or who may need help with anything technology wise...
