Costco Liquor — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

If you are looking for the Kirkland brand alcohol (and their French vodka, as well as Anejo Tequila, are great), then it looks like it's the only place in LI and NYC to get it. But as for the rest... Selection is very limited at this location. You can't compare this one to the Costco at Edison, NJ. And forget about the Total Wine store at Westbury. And prices for non-Kirkland products are also not the best, competitive - yes, but not the cheapest. 2024 New Year is coming, so I was looking for some champagne and prosecco. Veuve Clicquot Brut at $49.99 was actually more expensive here than at Westbury Liquor that sells it for $45.99. Moet & Chandon is $42.99 here, and $41.99 at Westbury. Hands down my #1 favorite place to buy liquor and wine!! I’ve found treasures there that are limited production, not to mention prices that are very reasonable for everything from the inexpensive Costco brand vodka ( really good btw!), to the Costco brand piño Grigio that I buy by the case (REALLY good! And sooo cheap it’s crazy )...to finding some special limited production wines that I’m scared to mention for fear the manufacturer won’t keep supplying them to Costco. Does NOT accept Mastercard Great location, staff was helpful and informative. They have a good selection of liquor and wines at great prices. It's located right next door to the main Costco and the great thing is that you DON'T need a membership to enjoy shopping here. Keep in mind it's not a huge spot. But they make the most of the space and offer good stuff at better prices. I will definitely be back to visit, try something new and replenish my stock soon. There's a lot of parking and shopping...
