Oceanside brunch — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Turkey bacon smelt very funky, like the back of a refrigerator and was severely undercooked. I took one bite and couldn’t eat it anymore. The hash browns were greasy and had too many peppers and onions. There was no salt and pepper in the bag for the hash browns or eggs so that was disappointing, and my eggs were wet and covered in the hash brown grease. I requested my coffee light and sweet and instead they gave me a black coffee with a two ounce cup half filled with milk and four sugars in the bag (which got wet from the coffee spilling). Also since the coffee cup was wet on the bottom all the coffee is leaking out making a mess- if it tasted good I wouldn’t even care about the leak. Total waste of time and money. Ps. make a note on your menu that the waffles are actually mini waffles so I can not make the mistake of ordering these again. Ordered on doordash: french toast sticks, short rib hash, nut bowl, and cold brew strawberry iced tea.

French toast sticks were ok, just plain French toast cut into sticks. Didn't come with syrup in the bag, thankfully I had at home. Strawberry iced tea was ok Short rib hash was too spicy for my taste so I couldn't eat it 12oz Nut bowl (acai bowl) my daughter didn't touch at all. The description said strawberries, banana, Nutella, and peanut butter. I added on coconut flakes, granola, and honey and in notes section I asked for no Nutella or peanut butter. There were no strawberries or banana, coconut flakes were more like coconut specks, and there wasn't much granola in it. When I called to inform them they said the didn't put strawberries and banana because they didn't think I wanted them since I said no Nutella or peanut butter.

Came here for mother’s day, Do not recommend I would not come back beautiful place with a really bad customer service. We ordered at the counter 4 people simple breakfast and it took over 1 hour and 20 minutes to serve us the food. The orders were wrong and badly made also it wasn’t worth it all the wait if you are dining in if you are doing delivery I promise is going to be really fast because their priority was take out and not dine in !!!! Few fellow customers were angry and disappointed with how long they had to wait for their food!!! A recommendation for this place if you can’t handle deliveries and dine in at the same time please focus on one specific service and not both because you guys can’t handle the pressure.
