Place is great to shop for all your smoking needs, but to be particular only during the day on some days. The owner and his wife are some of the kindest and helpful people, they even looked into products they don’t carry so we may return to buy them. I’m a regular customer who has always been satisfied but came across an issue with an expensive torch bought. The valve suddenly stopped working so I brought it in to get it checked out. Unfortunately the son who works there in the later hours has a nasty attitude, they didn’t even bother to look at it properly. One of the workers gave it to him, they spoke in a language that I also understood and just told me straight up they can’t help me or do anything. Like how does one buy something so expensive and it malfunctions within a week but blame the customer for doing something. Got very upset and not happy with the way I was treated by this dude. I was driving and saw the outside which is super lit up and all glass with a window top to bottom of bongs. I was drawn immediately because I needed one and had time to kill. I walked in; overwhelmed because it's huge and there was so much to see. The owner came over right away and asked me if I needed something and once we started talking I walked out with a bunch of products 20 minutes later! He was super helpful as I was over sharing about my smoke habits, tendency to drop and break bongs, and asking a million questions lol. Walked into the store at about 9:30 pm was greeted by the person at the desk with a smile. There was other workers in the store and I was looking at the hookah he had brand new tips abreast and handed one to me and the person I was with to try it. The hookah was AHHHHMAAAAZINGGGG I’m not a big hookah smoker but it was really smooth. We purchased what we intended on and kept asking more questions and EVERYONE I MEAN ALL STAFF was helpful and attentive I walked in to make a 10 dollar purchase and just from how comfortable I was shopping and looking around we ended up spending way more than 10 but it was worth it!!
