I had a great experience at this location with Kimberly. After visiting the Valley Stream location twice and getting two different sales reps & minimum help. I was so disappointed with the service. I went to the Elmont location to pick up a cheap mattress I saw online. I just couldn’t go back to the Valley Stream location and spend my money, I don’t care how close & convenient it is they were not helpful. It was if I were doing them a favor by buying a mattress from them so I decided not to. I went to the Elmont location to get a cheap mattress that was on sale for $159. My plan was to buy the cheapest mattress and put a pillow topper on it. The sales rep Kimberly, was I breath of fresh air, she was so informative and helpful. She was so great that I changed my mind and bought a much better mattress. I needed the mattress for the next day so she find a location that had it. She gave me excellent instructions on who, where & how to pick it up. The pick up was quick and smooth.
