I have been a loyal Chipotle customer for years, drawn in by the fresh ingredients and customizable menu options. However, my recent experiences at the Elmont Location have left me questioning whether it's worth the frustration.
Let's start with the positives—the food quality at this Chipotle is generally good. The flavors are rich, the ingredients are fresh, and the variety of choices allows for a satisfying meal. Unfortunately, the positive aspects are overshadowed by consistent issues with service and management.
One of the main grievances is the inconsistency in food temperature. While the flavors are there, more often than not, my order is disappointingly cold. It's clear that there's a gap in the process that needs addressing, whether it's related to the timing of preparation or the effectiveness of the heating equipment.
Even more frustrating is the unreliability in terms of order readiness. I've lost count of the number of times I've been promised a specific pickup time, only to arrive and find my order isn't ready. The waiting times, ranging from 10 to 20 minutes, are unacceptable, and it's disheartening to see a lack of improvement despite repeated visits.
Adding to the frustration is the management's inability to rectify these issues. There seems to be a consistent disconnect between what's promised and what's delivered. On multiple occasions, I've been told my order was ready, only to arrive and either face a lengthy wait or be informed that my order had already been picked up by someone else. This level of disorganization reflects poorly on the management and raises concerns about the overall efficiency of the operation.
Equally disappointing is the customer service, particularly when I've had to wait for an extended period. Instead of empathetic communication, the staff member in charge often resorts to an impatient and somewhat rude manner, repeatedly saying "hello" as if I am an inconvenience rather than a paying customer.
While I remain a fan of Chipotle's food, the consistent issues at this particular location have pushed me to explore alternatives. I sincerely hope that Chipotle addresses the operational challenges at this store, as I believe improvements in service and management are crucial to retaining...
Read moreI always go to this chipotle since last year, because their guacamole is very good. But when i arrived yesterday i had to wait for the female employee to make another employee order while i wait 2-4 mins. Then when i get to the front the same female felt that she had to over state that each scoop of cauliflower rice is an additional $2. I have never have any chipotle employee inform me that EACH SCOOP is an additional price they just scoop and place. I feel she stated that on purpose because i confronted her about making me wait 2-4 mins before she even said hi to me. Then at the end when i was checking out i was suppose to receive a free side do to me rewards. I asked them if i guacamole is considered a side they stated several times it wasn't. Until it scanned that guacamole is a side. So i got a side order free. But the male and female employee thought they knew it all. That was my issue. I didn't like the experience i had last night and i am a regular. I hope this experience never happens again. The customers happiness leaving the store should be the main focus. Not technicalities nor un wanted...
Read moreI will never go here again. Wish I could give this place a zero. It is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to and I usually love Chipotle. Firstly, it is so nasty, the counter tops has stale food stuck to it, the back has food all over and on the floor. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Secondly, the containers with the food were almost empty so my server brought a new one with white rice. Then some girl from the delivery side came and took it and said something to him in their language so he had to go in the back and mix more rice. Another girl scooped or rather scraped what was left and gave me the hard dried rice. I also order a salad bowl and he used his gloved contaminated hands to take out my salad. I also ordered a queso cup and then found pieces of chicken at the bottom of it. Worst part is that I do not eat meat and the sorfitas was watered down. Cross contamination, filthy and worst service. It wasn't even that busy. What a waste of $45 but I will not go back to...
