Newbridge Road Park — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

I love parks, I love playgrounds, I can't enjoy them as I used to, but seeing my daughter run around in chaos is all I need.  This playground is interesting, a combination of retro and new playgrounds.

They have this new kind of sit down merry go round that looks way safer than what I'm used to experiencing when I was growing up.  They have a great amount of jungle gym type obstacle courses, a few slides all over, unique looking monkey bars, swings of course a sand pit with some excavators to make a mess and the overall demographic was polite and chill.

Outside the playground there is decent parking and 3 baseball fields, we took a walk all around and walked up this little hill that had some kind of structure I'm not exactly sure what it's for.

Overall, a great place to visit, we will definitely be visiting this place at least twice a month.

Newbridge Rd. Park is a fantastic spot for a day out, especially if you're there to watch a game or spend time with the family. The park is impressively large and always kept clean, making it a comfortable and pleasant environment to enjoy. I often come here to watch my nephew's football games, and it's always a great time with plenty of space to sit and cheer him on.

The playground for the kids is all new and very aesthetically pleasing. It's clear that a lot of thought went into making it a fun and safe place for children to play. Overall, Newbridge Rd. Park is a wonderful place to visit, whether you're there for sports or just to enjoy...

Loads of feral cats over 60 cats no litter boxs dept of health been called several times two women feeders and a man made dirty megshift wooden box homes for them 6 ft long by field 4 behind fence and pool next to track dirty cans if food every day stinks of urine and feces cat feeders have key to fence and put dried trees to cover housing and mess feral cats carry desise and it is disgusting to breathe in while bikeriding or running on the path or swimming at the pool...make our parks healthy and clean send a complaint to town supervisor stop these ppl from feeding feral cats as pets and get the cats to shelter or home not our...
