Runway Couture is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!! Kim, one of the owners, is super attentive, hands-on, and possesses an unparalleled sense of fashion and style. We visited looking for a dress for my mother for my brother's wedding this September 2024. She wanted a sexy, yet classy mother-of-the-groom dress. Joanne, the stylist that helped us along with Kim, was eager to help and listened to exactly what my mother was looking for. She pulled out 4-5 dresses that were all so beautiful and perfectly matched my mother's style. She ultimately found and purchased the perfect dress: a navy, off-the-shoulder gown with beaded appliqués. It is truly one of a kind.

While we were there, Kim showed me her collection of custom couture sample dresses, and I was BLOWN away by all of them. There was ONE dress in particular that I just HAD to have, even though I don't know when or where I'll wear it yet!

I've been a proud customer of Runway Couture for an amazing 10 years, and once again, they have completely blown me away! Throughout the years, I've picked up a stunning array of dresses for everything from charity galas to weddings and beyond. Most of them, designed by the talented Kimberly and or Mara, has left me absolutely thrilled. Right now, we’re working on a gorgeous black dress with a dramatic overlay. The brand or material is called horsehair (quite amusing name). And I simply can't wait to flaunt it!

Initially I had a good experience at runway couture purchasing a gown for my daughters wedding. My horrible experience occurred as the hem of my sequins gown started to come undone before I stepped out of the wedding suite for my daughters wedding. The entire night was spent cutting the threads from the dress. Upon calling the store a week later the owner treated me VERY poorly, even asked to show her proof that the loss of the hem and loss of sequins (form the floor to my knees) actually occurred at the wedding. Where else would it have occurred ? I did find a picture to prove my claim. I asked for the alteration cost to be refunded The owner would Only refund me half but they did fix the gown.
