No 1 Shine Foot SPA — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

This place is highly unprofessional and unorganized. My fiancé and I called the day before and made an appointment for 4pm. We came in 10 minutes early for our appointment and while waiting someone else came in stating they had an appointment for today at 4pm. The staff called their boss and she asked the guy is she would wait an hour. He stated that he couldn’t and that he called at 8am and it’s not his fault that they over booked. Then proceeded to ask me if I could wait. I stated that I couldn’t and that I called from yesterday about this and shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced for there error. Yesterday, 10/07 was my first time getting a massage from this business. I don't regret it. I really enjoyed my experience. The staff was friendly, and the massage felt really good. They were kind, respectful, and filled with lots of smiles. I didn't use the Groupon deal because the prices were all the same in-house. So, I didn't see the point using Groupon when I could give them the money directly.

They speak very little English. But, it's a massage. I'm not there for anything more or anything less.

I would never ever come back here again! You guys are extremely unprofessional!! Okay so I did not like my massage too much but still decided to give a $5 tip. The lady grabbed my $5 with her 2 fingers and said no way…$5? What is this!?! $10 only!!! I said excuse me? A tip is not mandated! It’s to the customers discretion!! She said no no $10 $10 only!
