I came to iFixScreens to replace my shattered screen. When I got my phone back I noticed that my phone wasn’t able to use the keyboard normally so I went back and asked the guy to check it. He checked it and acted like he had no idea what was wrong and then admitted they didn’t have the touch caliber part and didn’t tell me before I paid and wasn’t going mention it, he told me I could come back and get the part when it came in. Two weeks later my phone fell off the couch and went black from a light fall. I had to pay an additional $160 for my phone to repair it again on top of the $240 to repair the screen. I brought my iPad with a broken screen and a faulty home button into this iFixScreens Lynbrook store last month. Samran was able to fix my iPad within an hour instead of my having to leave it behind and wait for over one week for them to fix it, as I had been told to do at one of their other large chain store competitors.
