Ready Coffee — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Every morning after my 5 AM workout, my first stop is Ready Coffee in Lynbrook and it’s truly one of the best parts of my day. The coffee is absolutely amazing, and the entire staff is always friendly, fast, and on point. But what really sets this place apart is Denzel, the manager.

Denzel is the heart and soul of that store. Even at 6 AM, he’s full of energy, always smiling, and genuinely happy to be at work. Whether he's taking your order or working behind the scenes, he makes it a point to say hello to everyone, even if he’s not the one helping them directly. That kind of leadership and positivity sets the tone for the whole place.

He builds a community. It’s rare to find someone who brings that level of warmth and dedication to their job, and it shows in every interaction. Denzel makes every customer feel seen and appreciated, and you can tell the rest of the team follows his lead.

If you’re looking for great coffee, amazing service, and a place that just makes your morning better (or really any time of day) this is it. Huge shoutout to Denzel and the incredible crew at Ready...

We were excited to see a new coffee biz arise from the ashes of Dairy Barn. We decided to give it a shot yesterday (5/7). The menu isn’t expansive but there’s definitely something for everyone. They are still finding their groove, but the system seems to be working overall. The gal who is walking the lines and taking orders was super friendly and willing to explain the various drinks. The staff members in the “kitchen“ never slowed down. The frozen drinks we got were fantastic (Karma & Vanilla Latte) and a great value for the price! Ready Coffee is amazing! The staff here are so personable and genuinely nice, you can tell they really love what they do. They’re super patient if you’re indecisive and always willing to help you customize your drink (or even surprise you with something fun!). Their knowledge and recommendations never disappoint. On top of that, the drinks are consistently delicious, and the muffin tops are always a 10/10. Highly recommend...
