I had a truly terrible experience here. Brought my car in after an accident because it was the closest shop and the guy was nice until I decided to have a friend do the work instead. When I called to have the car released to him, the guy claimed he had already started disassembling my car before the insurance had done their inspection. I told him I had seen the car just that morning as I drove to work and it looked pretty put together to me at which point he told me it had been moved later in the day to a different location to start work. When I asked for the address he refused to give it to me. I had my friend at north star auto go and get the car and they threatened to report him to the town if he didn't release the car, as per my instructions. It was never moved. What a skeez and a liar. Go to north star instead, they are good honest people who will take care of you.
