If I could give 0 stars I would. A friend brought me to this location, letting me know that they did excellent work however, when I got there, I seen other First. I tried to explain to the lady that I wanted to get French tips done. Usually at my regular nail place, they would do either hand Painted French or French with acrylic. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt when she pulled out the white French tip nails. She then started to measure my nails. One Hand was white the other was off-white, I tried to explain to her, but all they did was laugh two different people worked on my hand. One hand was shaped like rectangle, and the other hand was shaped like a square on top of that she put the nail too far down where it looked weird, she then tried to paint my nail with white nail polish when she realized that it wasn’t the same, and then because they were closing, they were rushing and still charge me $130 all I did this morning was clean my bathroom and four of my nails came off. Definitely would not recommend. I just moved to the area and am looking for a new nail salon that I can use regularly as I do not like just going to any salon. I tried them one time a couple months ago. I always get a gel fill in with a regular color no designs or anything. After my fill the next day the gel started peeling off and then the next week one of my tips started lifting. After that I went to the nail salon in Roosevelt field it was done flawlessly and lasted 3 weeks with no issues. Then I decided to try this nail salon again for my next fill. I wanted them to be good so bad because it would be so convenient for me to have a nail salon right around the corner. Well I went again last Thursday for my gel fill and lo and behold the next day the gel started lifting again! Now it’s the next week and the gel is completely peeled off on 3 of my fingers. What a terrible experience! This was my second time getting SNS ever and my first time at this nail salon. The woman tried to apply glue to my nails, a process that was not needed the first time I got SNS. Then she used a brush to apply the polish, however the brush had white residue on it, so it left streaks on my nails. Although another woman, who I presumed to be the owner, fixed the nails, there were a few marks that wouldn't come off without totally removing the SNS powder. When I walked out, I wasn't satisfied with the look because the cuticles weren't neat and there were a few white streaks left, but I wasn't going to make a big deal.
