I ordered a 6 LB lobster on Mother’s day. I asked for it to be steamed and for an extra 25.00 they agreed. My total was 112.00 plus 25.00 for everything. I wanted plain steamed lobster and veggies. I picked it up and what I got was inedible because they cooked it in spices instead of plain steamed. It was cooked in heavy lard with Cajun seasoning. I can’t even describe how disgusting it was. I called them and they admitted to the screw up and said they would make up for it. They said pick anything you want free of charge. TODAY I tried to cash in on that and they told me that they would only reimburse for 1 person. I said I bought a 6 LB lobster plus veggies, the math are all wrong.
