GameStop — Attraction in Town of Herkimer

I use to think game stop was good until a month ago when I bought 3 machines. They had no new ps4. The ps4 pro I bought keeps over heating and not playing brand new games. The ps4 slim froze completely up with black screen and could not get it off. And the normal ps4 has worked ok but gave a controller that didn't work and even tho I paid warranty on every item 1400 dollars worth of stuff I had to pay the difference on a new controller that would work. And out of all 3 machines they only had one charging cord. They are all 1 tb systems so should not be having...

Always had great experiences here. (Other than with one employee that no longer works there). The current staff are so friendly and I find myself spending a lot of time (and money) here. The employees help the best they can and despite the place being a bit cluttered in one area, it's really easy to find everything. I only wish they had as much available as the New Hartford one when it comes to collectables, but otherwise it's a great place to shop for games and hardware. Hoping its around for many more...

The manager Austin Fuller is very professional, makes sure it's up to guidelines for the virus and all employees are wearing masks even his customers as well. Felt safe in the building and he helped with all questions I had. He made sure I went home with what I was looking for and knew everything I needed to know to hook it all up for my fiance for his birthday!
