Edit:Talked to folks in the community market, they loved to know that the downstairs now knows about the upstairs problem. They will be talking to Tammy Directly. Went in today, what a beautiful place and lots of variety. That’s about all the good I can say. The downside employees and owner are very rude under their breath about customers. Making sly comments about said individual(s), they don’t take feedback at all, prices are moderately high, they preach they are amazing people and they are doing their best. For the most part really nice people at first then you hear them when customer(s) walk away. Also over heard some underhanded comments about building owner and how backhanded he runs things . For being on Main St of herkimer this business is really starting to act like the other on the block. Respect the person who gave you a roof for your business to thrive under and be lucky he took your business in. I would take some pointers from the downstairs business they are much nicer and don’t talk...
