Nestled in Herkimer, where dining options can sometimes feel a bit limited, is a true gem of a bistro that deserves all the accolades. From the moment you step inside, the cozy ambiance wraps around you like a warm hug, making you forget the humdrum of daily life outside.

But let's talk about the food, shall we? I started with the calamari, and oh my, it was cooked to perfection. Each piece was tender, not at all rubbery, with a light, crispy coating that had just the right amount of seasoning. It was so good that I almost ordered a second plate!

Next up was the salad, which was a delightful mix of fresh, crisp greens, vibrant veggies, and a dressing that tied everything together beautifully. It was clear that the ingredients were of the highest quality, and the chef's attention to detail really shone through. If you're looking for a place that offers a memorable dining experience without pretense, this bistro is it. It's quickly becoming a favorite in our town, and for...

Stopped in for lunch on a Thursday and so glad I did! Table for 2 and seated quickly, the waitstaff is very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is decorated very cool, definitely take a peak at the bar when you go! So beautiful. They also have outdoor seating in the back but the weather wasn’t great for that so we were inside. There are so many things on the menu I want to try and will definitely be back! I had the Philly cheese steak sandwich with gluten free bread and it was excellent (I ate with fork and knife because gf bread: iykyk), and the owner even came over and asked my gluten free bread recommendations! My aunt got the Karen sandwich and said it was really good also, she finished the whole sandwich which is unusual for her. I loved the house made chips (perfectly crispy and not too salty) but my aunt wasn’t a huge fan, I think a bit too crispy for her tastes. Can’t wait to go back...

Went with a group of 6, we were seated right away despite the large amount of reservations already made. (We didn't have one). The strawberry meadow drink was so refreshing it tasted like summer in a cup! We all ordered different meals. The burgers were delicious, I naturally had to try the stone soup! I got the special which was a flatbread with mozz, grilled peaches, prosciutto, goat cheese and honey (I had added a little balsamic glaze for a tang) our friend got the NY strip steak! The presentation was astounding. The steak came out leaning against a half bone with marrow! Absolutely beautiful 😍. Another friend got the rigatoni past and said it was delicious! I apologize for not including photos of our meals it was...

Delicious food, we shared as a table, and tried the stone soup, Nikkei Shrimp and the Bibimbap! The food was affordable, portion were generous and staff was friendly. I wish they had a side table with sauces and spices to put on your order; I would have loved hot sauce, gochujang, garlic maybe soy sauce. The food was delicious but just something I missed that I hope they will incorporate here. Otherwise, I recommend you check this spot out. Delicious food and beautiful restaurant. 5 🌟

I ordered "spicy Seoul" to go. For 13 bucks I figured I'd get more and maybe a sauce or at the least a fork.. very dry. Sauce would have been so much better. Staff was amazing. The wait wasn't long at all. The noodles while being a small portion were very good. Then mushrooms, carrot, green beans and kimchi were thrown in there. Make it $9 and it's worth it. 7/10
