He said he'd sell my vacuum, and after a month he still hasn't sold it. Also he charged me a twenty $ fee just to sell it upfront. That 20 was if I abandoned it there, which is retarded because he could just sell it if I left it there. That's what i do in small engine repair. I didn't get that 20 back, the declined that I gave them it even though I have a receipt with the guy's signature saying I did. Than when I went to take it back today, they said I owe them 15$ for cleaning it up, which they did not even clean it. It was filthy when I got it back opposed to when I dropped it off. It was perfectly clean, and I have OCD so I always have everything 100% clean. Also when I first went there to sell my vac, there was one guy working, and he was passed out in a chair, with a glass of alcohol, with a TV blasting some old band music. Very unprofessional place, do...

Only $15 but wonder what this would be like if it had been a much...

Who needs Amazon when you can just walk into a local shop like this and get exactly the odd item you needed same day! Had the vacuum up and running good as new right away. John was also a pleasure to work with, truly one of the rare repairmen who like to take things slowly and do it right the first time. Actually solves problems and not just make...
