Aquarium Design Network — Local services in Town of Huntington

When we decided on getting a waterfall in our backyard, we started looking at reviews and calling companies. Some were so expensive it felt overwhelming and like we were buying a house, not a waterfall. Another two companies kept telling us they would get back to us and never did. Then we called Aquarium Design Network New York, Inc. and talked with Darian first over the phone and then in person. From the first phone call, we could tell that he knew his business. He was professional, polite and cared about what we wanted. When we first met Darian, he was on time, knowledgeable, caring, and didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need, but gave us great ideas we never thought of. Darian didn’t just listened to what we wanted, but the way we wanted it. We agreed on a very reasonable price, set a starting date and a few days later, we met Darian's staff, Phil and Andrew. When they first introduced themselves, they were on time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and they took great care in the vision we wanted. They shared some great ideas and we were so confident in what they were doing. We saw they had such a passion and loved what they did, so we just let them create it. What a beautiful creation they made! They went above and beyond and it shows. All through the project, Darian always kept in touch, answered all our questions and always sent us a text message to let us know what time the workers would be arriving and even stopping by to make sure everything was going smoothly and it did. The whole process was stress free and unbelievably true. We, our family and friends all love it in the day and night!! We wouldn’t use anyone else and would highly recommended Aquarium Design Network...

Decided to turn some negative space in my backyard into something useful. Contacted the company for a consult and within an hour Darian came and discussed plans for the space. I had an old pond that came with the house but never used it or knew how to. Darian went over all the details and what will entail to either removing the old pond or having it repaired. I chose to have it removed and install a new one since the old one wasn’t serving any purpose and was absolutely dated. We saw how much more room we had after removing the old pond that it paved the way for a water fall to be installed as well. Darian and his team took exceptional care of my demands and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the entire project. Honest and caring businessmen are hard to find but I am extremely happy that Darian understood what it means to get the work done in a timely manner and complete the job hassle free to the customer. The photos tell the story about a reseal to my 110 gallon tank and there was also two reef ready pips that I wanted removed which I was told that it would be better to cap them which 8 month later after draining my tank ,it came off and my tank started to drain through the bottom,so I had to drain it and purchase a new 110. So thank you Darien for "all" your losy work, so save your self the headache and avoid doing business with this individual!!!!!!!!!!!!
