The Appliance Store — Attraction in Town of Irondequoit

I had purchased a refrigerator and stove from this company when they were in Henrietta. Because I was satisfied and the Henrietta store was no longer open, I drove to Irondequoit to their store for my next purchase. I purchased a washer and dryer over 10 years ago. Everytime I go downstais to use it, I get irritated. These are front load appliances and I purchased the pedestals for them to sit on. The door to the washer opens to the left. The door to the dryer opens to the right. The door to the washer should open to the right. The door to the dryer SHOULD open to the left so you can put the clothes from the washer into the dryer. This is not possible. When the set was delivered and installed, I immediately called the store to say the doors opened the wrong way. I was told that for $40 someone would come and change one. I elected not to pay the $40 (would have been $80 for both doors) as I felt this SHOULD have been included in the installation. This has always set wrong with me and I decided I finally had to say something. It is getting harder and harder for me to get clothes washed and dried. I will not go back to this store for a new fridge and stove and washer and dryer, as I have never liked...

Flatout... Kevin knows what he's talking about he'll go the extra mile for you. He makes stuff happen, he will get you your appliances when you need it, hooked up at a great price. My girlfriend and I just moved into a new place and he set us up with two super capacity washer and dryers for under $400.....Amazing, he may have saved my relationship also lol, because she was going to kill me if this stuff wasn't hooked up and she was doing laundry. Who would have thought appliance shopping could be so enjoyable and smooth sailing?! Really glad I discovered this store before purchasing our new washer and dryer from a big box store. Free delivery and FREE installation and FREE hull away of old appliances! I looked all over and everyone else charges for each of those services and that adds up on an already expensive purchase.
