So I went to street game Saturday EAST RIDGE ROAD I got some shoes that I thought I can fit. I try one shoe on but the other one is a little tight on my foot so I lost the receipt so I know I can’t do a refund so I asked to exchange the shoes for something else And the guy just completely shut me down the shoes is in the box not worn. I still have the street game bag. It came in. I also have the hat with the tag on it that I purchased from them and for them not to compensate me I feel like That wasn’t good customer service because the shoes are brand new and I understand about the refund policy but exchanging something come on now that’s kind of mean I even asked, is there a way you can pull up the receipts because I know they can because I went to the one on Chili before and they printed out me receipt that I lost so I know there’s a way but I guarantee you this will be my first and last time shopping there. !!
