My new tenants got a bedroom set, sectional couchs, end tables, lamps, dining table and chairs, and more. Alot of protective wrapping and cardboard boxes and wood. The delivery guys would not take garbage with them when we asked they harshly said no. . Had An Empty Truck. Instead they left all of packaging in 2 - 8ft long boxes that the couches came in. They weigh over 70 lbs each and are falling apart since it rained. Wet cardboard is nasty. . There is no way in hell that the garbage men will take this. So now I'm having to break up all this to a manageable size for garbage men. And it's not even my furniture. We purchased some furniture from this store and they were all ruined! Paint falling off and one of pieces was not what I ordered. The moving employees had no experience. Normally a piece of furniture is supposed to arrive wrapped, sealed and with a blanket for the floor so it does not scratch the floor. These people had none of that. They took no care in the furniture.

The only good things I can say is return went smooth and the sales guy was really nice.

If your going to run a furniture business offer your drivers the tools that neccessary for moving furniture. Also, train them how to properly move the furniture. Don't just think about making the money. With that attitude your not Going to...
