I am so DISGUSTED with this venue/customer service ( or lack thereof) as they have canceled two plays on us at the last minute (without notifying us the first time and last minute notification the second time) and trying to get a refund is virtually IMPOSSIBLE!!! It took 3 months to get my refund for 19 tickets with the first canceled show and now I am STILL WAITING for my refund for 13 tickets and was told I would receive it immediately. Well, it's over TWO MONTHS now and I still don't have my money!!!! Not only that, but I have emailed them MANY TIMES, called MANY TIMES and left messages for return calls and NOTHING!!!! It's like talking or emailing a DEAD ROCK!!! I owe people money and this makes me look bad!!!! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE 6,000 STARS I WOULD GIVE IT TO THEM IN A HEARTBEAT!!!! DON'T DEAL WITH THIS VENUE!!!
In response to the owner who responded to my original review???? we NEVER SPOKE LAST WEEK! that's a BLATANT LIE. I haven't spoken with ANYONE in MONTHS! No one returns my emails, my calls, NOTHING! I was told by your employee that my CREDIT CARD would be refunded IMMEDATELY, not that I would have to beg for months for a check refund! It's VERY VERY sad that you finally respond after seeing a...
Read moreI saw 'The Christmas Elf' which was a decent production with respect to the price, I was quite disappointed with the fact (and a few others in my group agreed) that there was no mention about the birth of Christ, especially considering that this was a 'Christmas' production. The actors referred to many holiday traditions, yet none discussed Christ's birth or even going to Church. Celebrating Christmas is about celebrating the birth of Our Lord, period! With respect to the owner's comments, if you cannot understand and respect that anything with the word Christmas refers to the celebration of the birth of Christ, then you are not being respectful of Christmas. That is 'political correctness.' We do not refer to Chanukah as Christmas or Kwanzaa being Chanukah, each are respected as their respective religious and cultural celebrations. This mentality of political correctness is politically perverse, due to the fact that it doesn't respect the American people's milieu - our differences. Our differences and individualism makes us American, all of...
Read moreMe and my partner had the absolute pleasure of enjoying the VIP experience at the CM Theater while seeing Margaritaville with a few friends, and we had a great time. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. There was a minor mix-up with our seating at first, but the staff handled it with professionalism and kindness—resolving the issue in time so we were able to settle in comfortably before the show began. A special shoutout to our wonderful waitress, Molly, who was incredibly sweet and attentive throughout the evening. She made sure we had everything we needed and did so with a warm smile and great energy. We had an incredible evening, and we’re so grateful for the care and quality this theater provides. If you haven’t yet, do yourself a favor and experience a show here—VIP or not, and we encourage everyone to support this...
