JOJO LIFE STORE — Local services in Town of Islip

I was very excited to go here and get my first ever Skullpand today. My friend got a labubu which was AUTHENTIC, and the man at the register was very sweet, but I was quickly disappointed when I opened these in the car and discovered they were fake. The boxes and displays looked 100% real, but when I opened the boxes they came in plain wrapping with no logos, and the card that came with them had no QR code for an authenticity check. The details were also off on the figures (ex. no glitter in the secrets head) and there was no stamp on the bottom. I’m really sad and disappointed because I was excited to get my first ever skullpandas. I hope it was a genuine mistake and the owners didn't know they were buying fake merchandise because I’m not one to try and screw over a small business, but I’m still upset I got a fake product.

Update: The owner was extremely nice and offered me either a refund, exchange, or store credit. They even put up a sign by the fake merchandise so that in the future, people won’t get confused. They do sell authentic skullpandas, but they also sell affordable alternatives for those that can’t afford it. 10/10 customer service. I will come here again...

I won’t lie, I rarely leave reviews on stores but oh my god this little store is so cute and deserves ALL the praise, love and support. it is so worth it to visit at least once, and the owner is SO incredibly nice and helpful, extremely attentive and he def shows great care for his customers and the shop :D the store is VERY clean, concise and organized, and you can spend your time in the store enjoying the atmosphere and taking your time looking at all of the adorable snacks, beauty products, and toys/figurines OR if you know what you want already, you can be in and out of there very quickly, the experience is up to you!! the atmosphere, products, and music are very soothing, visually appealing and overall wonderfully adorable, and I will DEFINITELY be...

This place is a dream come true for those in the Oakdale area that love Japanese snacks and drinks! They have milk tea, ramune, calpico drinks and snacks, coolish ice cream and pocari sweat (a healthier Gatorade-like drink that was created to keep people hydrated, for the curious). They also have a tasty lychee soda I’ve never seen anywhere else before and it’s delicious! It’s the one in the can. The owner is very kind and open to new items in the shop if there’s anything you’d like to see. It’s really cool to have Jojo so close to me! Definitely...
