Fresh Grocer-Oakdale, NY 11769 The most disgusting produce dept. Guintas would have tossed what they sell. Like week old, grade D cheap junk. Corn on cob was literally brown. Opened and had worms and mold on cob. Turn blueberries over, mold on bottom. Cherries slimy-yet on sale. Did ask employee if more cherries in back and he did bring some fresh out and throw out what was on shelf (thank you to teenager w smarts better than produce mgr Guintas (1 mile away) extremely fresh every day!) Deli usually 1 person, VERY LONG wait. Store small so very little stock. Many sale items not stocked at all. When i went to c/s about multiple overings, she was actually rude/abrubt/impatient . Also kept walking away to handle other problems after starting with me, leaving me standing there waiting for her to come back and finish 😳 Mgr needs to either be replaced or reeducated in...

I came here after a run and went to get a sandwich from the back. As I approached I saw the tv that stated “sandwich are made to order” and so yea I thought I could order one or 2. Apparently not because I told by the staff that works in the deli that they DO NOT make sandwiches for just one person it must be a full order or for an event, and then told me to pick a sandwich that’s already made from that fridge area next to the sushi.. and honestly that’s not professional because I thought all sandwiches were made to order…? So I’m super confused and are you guys gaslighting people and providing false information…? Cause I left with nothing cause I don’t feel like I should have to out what is already made. ShopRite Wouldn’t Do that so it look weird to say your guys are with them...

I went shopping today, and saw the 8 pack super jumbo, double triple roll of Bounty on sale for $16.99 with $3.00 digital coupon. So I go the kiosk and type in Bounty, and there is no $3.00 off and a price of $23.99. I take 1 step over to CS. 45 min later, a very frustrated cashier was able to get the price corrected in the system. How many customers were ripped off before me? I paid at the CS desk for my 2 digital coupon items, then got on one of the 2 open lines. On 1 line the cashier (friendly hyper girl) had to run to the get the "right" chicken and the other line had the dreaded 1/2 the woman's 40 coupons didn't work, and she wants an explanation of each one. The manager definitely tried, but dang that was not a pleasant shopping experience, and I forgot...
