Grew up going to the old Ski Bowl as a kid. Spent many summers going to the youth group center and playing on the play ground. The area has deffinately changed with the main center gone and the new ski lift and everything there, but little gore still has so much to offer. Hang out and hike some of the trails or evwn talk a walk/hike up the lift pathings. If your there during the summer head on over to the swimming hole beach. My wife, daughter, and I went for New Years Eve night skiing. It was just one run, but we had a blast. There were only 10 other people there! Tennis courts, basketball courts. Gorgeous flower garden. Breathtaking trails that are easy walks or mountain biking. Pavilions with picnic tables galore. Bathrooms and tons of convenient parking.
