I visited Waynestock, XVIII- both nights! The band Mischief, finished the event with an awesome rendition of "Free Bird"! T-shirts sold out for the first time ever & 824 people attended during the 2 days. It's a FREE event, donations are accepted at entry. Money is raised w/Raffles, Auctions & food. All money raised, goes to the North Country Hardship Fund. The NCHC, helps people in 4 or 5 nearby counties, who are going through unexpectedly hard times such as illness, accidents & fire. This was the first year without Co-founder Wayne Bukovinsky but his wife Tammy, their family & friends, pulled together & made the magic happen! I'm sure "Wayno" would've been proud of how well the event went. He & Tammy's mission of helping others will hopefully live on...
