Where do I begin? I've never had a host be as accommodating as Tony, the proprietor, was the minute we arrived. We were staying for one night at Lake George Village in-between camping and heading home. Our tire had a bubble and needed to be replaced. Tony was on premises making sure the grounds were immaculate and the second I mentioned we had a tire issue, he sprang into action with a jack and wrench in hand, ready to help. Not only that, he proceeded to make calls to local garages to see who had a tire to have DELIVERED to the motel. AMAZING. This is above and beyond expectation.||||It doesn't end there. The motel itself couldn't be cleaner, well-appointed and more comfortable. There seems to be a car theme (at least in our room) which we all loved, everything updated, modern, bright and cheery. The motel is situated in a great spot, close enough to town but quiet enough to enjoy a little repose from the hustle and bustle of the village. The pool was excellent! Plenty of seating and tables for everyone, super clean, heated and pleasant all around. There is even a great little spot to have a fire with adirondack chairs circling it, ping pong table and cornhole on site as well. The night we were there, Tony had an ACCORDION PLAYER, wine and a fire going poolside for his guests and his 86 year old father to enjoy. Once again, AMAZING! A shared kitchenette is also on site, fully stocked with griddle, Keurig, fridge, oven, stove, BBQ and anything you would need to make a full meal. ||||The Green Acres Motel most definitely oozes the warmth and hospitality of its owners. We are already looking to plan a Fall trip and will not be looking any further than a stay at Tony's. You truly felt like family...
