I wish I could give 0 stars in review for service. I ordered chicken biryani tray for to go where I clearly mentioned full tray. Over the phone the owner mentioned it’s 150$ for full tray and we drove 30miles just to find that she gave a half tray chicken biryani which is half filled!!! The owner clearly tries to fabricate the fact that i asked for full tray and mentions that i ordered “half tray”. She then asked 200$ to make it in full tray and then we asked her to give it for 175$ which is still pricy but we had no other options at the location. Still she again came back with half filled tray with lots of empty spots. I wish I took some photos to attach to make it more sense. Over the phone, we clearly mentioned we were having party for 15 members and she said a tray serves well and the quantity she provided hardly fills 6-7 people. When I say that she says I don’t know how “HUNGRY” you are!!!! And when we said we don’t want it and asked for refund she said she can’t pay as it is past 5pm!!!! That’s so ridiculous that she tries not to refund us even if we are not happy to take it. We asked to give it in cash if her register won’t allow her to refund then she says she can’t give cash as we paid through credit card even though she is the OWNER! She gave many baseless reasons stating that she can’t refund as her register system won’t allow her. Then one of my friend got furious and asked to give refund or she would not leave then the lady gave refund. Surprisingly her register allowed her to refund at that time. My only question is if your register didn’t allow you to refund initially how were you able to refund later??? I’m not sure about the dining experience but my catering service was horrible and awful. This place is a disaster from start to finish. The food? A bland, stale mess that's an insult to Indian cuisine. We ordered garlic naan, chicken tikka masala, shahi paneer, and malai kofta - somehow, they all tasted identical in their awfulness. It's as if the kitchen specializes in making diverse dishes taste uniformly terrible.

The prices are outrageous for what you get, and the mandatory 18% gratuity is nothing short of robbery. Paying extra for this culinary catastrophe? Absurd.

When we tried to address these issues, the owner/manager showed his true colors. Instead of professionalism, we got gaslighting and aggression. He insisted the stale-tasting food was "always fresh" - a claim so ridiculous it borders on delusional. Then he had the audacity to swear at us and treat us like cheapskates, as if we were the problem for questioning their highway robbery pricing and inedible food.

In summary, if you enjoy wasting money on terrible food, being insulted by staff, and leaving with both a bad taste in your mouth and a lighter wallet, this is your place. For everyone else, save yourself the trouble and eat literally anywhere else. You'd get better food, service, and value from a vending machine in an abandoned...

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!

This place serves the most disgusting excuse for Indian food I’ve ever had the misfortune of trying. The owner/manager is beyond unprofessional – rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. Imagine paying for food that’s not just bad, but revolting, and then being forced to pay a gratuity for abysmal service! The food arrived ice-cold, as if it had been sitting out for days, after a miserable 45-minute wait. Who serves stale, cold food after making you wait that long?!

We clearly expressed our dissatisfaction, but were met with the claim that the tip was “part of the system” and couldn’t be removed. What kind of scam is this? Tips should never be mandatory, especially when both the food and service were a complete disaster. To top it off, the manager had the audacity to insult us, swearing at us and making offensive, racist remarks about Indians not tipping. This level of unprofessionalism is outrageous!
