I wanted to like this place because I love small family owned businesses but my experience wasn't enjoyable. The ramen was delicious and one of the owners was friendly, but the ramen and the tai tea took a similar amount of time to make. Tai tea in general is a favorite of mine and a positive for the tai tea is that it was freshly brewed, but unfortunately the taste was off. I switched my order from dine in to take out due to the amount of chaos from the family's homeschooled children. The restaurant is small and the family's children come out, slam doors, and yell at customers. The result was customers gentle parenting the owners children. It didn't feel like a business that was inclusive to children, but a space for kids that happened to serve food.

I recently stumbled upon a Vietnamese restaurant in Lancaster, highlighted in a Facebook video for having the "Best Ramen in Buffalo." Naturally, I had to try it, and I opted for their Vietnamese Ramen. Let me tell you, having lived in Japan for four years, my standards for ramen are incredibly high, and this place absolutely delivered. It may just be the best ramen I've had in the Buffalo area. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles had that perfect bite. We'll definitely be back to try their Pho and Banh Mi!

Amazing food! My wife got the miso ramen with shrimp and I got the 5 spice pork banh mi. The boba was also very good! Highly recommend. The entire family was super nice and welcoming.

The owners are the absolute sweetest people ever, i had such great conversation with them, their kids were in the back playing, and the whole vibe was just so cozy and family friendly, it literally made me smile. When i got back to work from my break i sat down to eat and opened my bag and the first thing i saw was this little card with a hand drawn rainbow on it. I really had a rough day that day , so when i opened my bag and saw this card it seriously made my whole day. Then i went in again just for some egg rolls and i had my son with me and he wanted to play the little claw Machine and the owner gave him a dollar to play the machine. For me it really is about the little things that will keep me going back to places like this. If you haven’t been to their place i seriously can’t...

Love the place. I got tonkatsu ramen and the broth was not very thick like Japanese style to be honest. The ramen was a little soft as well. HOWEVER, after adding some chili oil that was served on the table, the broth was brought to a whole new level. The broth turned thick and have a little kick of the chili. It is perfect with the mushrooms that came with it. I do not normally finish my food but I did here. You just can't stop putting the ramen into your mouth.

Saw people complaining about the kids, but they did not bother me at all. I understand this is not common to see this way of running the business in this part of the country, but it is pretty common in Asia for small family business. Some other restaurants have louder background...
