Nice park with a creek that is a great area for kids to play. There are several spots to access the creek, with some spots deeper than others for different ages of kids, but even toddlers could safely play in the water here in some spots where the current is less. The boys we went with had a great time looking for crayfish!
The playground is extensive enough that there is something to play on for every age. Even adults could use some parts for exercise. There was one bar in particular that was just s high metal bar that I thought would be great for our yoga trapeze. Next time in definitely bringing it! Great place to hang out and spend the day!
Bathrooms were all open when we were there on a weekday. The ones further back in the park were much nicer all around than the bath house out by the parking lot.

You'll get a workout from going uphill, but the trails are relatively short (1 mile or less) and don't require any special hiking gear or expertise. The reason why I gave this only 4 stars is the fact that the bridge to the creek has been broken and off limits for over a year or 2 now.
