Da Vinci Dental Arts — Attraction in Town of North Hempstead

Had my first appointment here after deciding to leave a giant dentistry mill practice in favor of the more personalized practice of Dr. Isaacs. It was wonderful. I couldn't be happier with my choice. I was greeted with a tour of the office, complete with explanations of some their state of the art equipment. I was made to feel comfortable and the entire process end to end could not have been better. Everyone was friendly. Two other patients had independently recommended that I come to Dr. Isaacs, and they were absolutely right. I appeared early for my appointment, and was seen early, and I was done early. I never leave negative reviews. However this doctor deserves an oscar for the show he puts on. I was told I needed a crown and root canal for a tooth that had no symptoms. I questioned Dr Isaacs what was the reason for taking such extra measures. Why not just perform a crown. He explained that it was necessary. I made my follow up appointment while waiting for approval from insurance trusting Dr Isaac. However, I just had a feeling something was not right. So I pursued a second opinion, using the same Xrays taken at DaVinci Dental. Turned out not only I had no cavities, but as the other dentist explained, my insurance policy would have paid double if both procedure had been done instead of only the crown. This is...

Amazing dentist! Highly recommend. Dr. David and his sister Dr. Suzanna are gentle, efficient and honest. They do a wonderful job of contacting you for your biannual cleanings. They make sure you attend to catch cavities early. They take the time to explain the procedures to you. The office is clean and high tech. They have televisions in each work space are so that you are distracted and not focusing on the dental tools. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well.
