The food has always been meh at best, but the disrespect and time it takes to get your food is obnoxious. When they say 15 min it’s almost always 30 plus. The last straw was my most recent trip the woman lied saying my food was ready when it hadn’t even been made yet after me waiting outside for over 45 minutes! Mind you I checked in with them when I got there which was 15 minutes after calling. My entire lunch hour and they still didn’t have my food. The lady told me three times in person ohh not ready yet. Then lied and told me it’s ready and proceeded to ask what did I order after telling me it’s ready and had the chef start making it then I told her I don’t even want it...

NEW No. 1 Chinese Kitchen is some of the best Chinese food I have had on Long Island. I have been looking for a quality Chinese restaurant with non-MSG food, as most common Chinese foods make me feel ill afterwards. I felt fine after eating here multiple times, and their food tasted very fresh. Tina and her staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make me feel like a satisfied customer.
