Fox's of Mineola — Attraction in Town of North Hempstead

I cannot rave about this store enough. I work for a doctors office and a wonderful patient told me about Foxs and there's no way I'll walk out of the store without a dress. I waited to the day of the company party to look for a dress. Silly I know. The clothes are beautiful but what makes this store amazing are the staff. I couldn't find anything myself... well 3 beautiful women jump to my rescue. They walk up to me and ask what I'm looking for. They tell me to keep looking and they will grab everything that fits my needs. Well I go to the fitting room and they handed me dress after dress. They even zipped me up and gave opinions like I was with my girls. 2nd dress was the winner and it was less than $50 but looked expensive! I got so many compliments and my sister is eyeing to steal it. I can't wait to try their shoe store next. Girls thank you so much for giving me the top notch personal...

I have been shopping at Fox's since I was a little girl with my mother. I was very Disappointed today, I placed a pair of shoes on hold 2 days ago until the 26th the young woman placed a post it on my box with my name and phone number. Before going to the store this morning I called to make sure they were still there. Marcella answered the phone and said NO, after every day we put all the shoes back their are NO holds after 1 day ok bye bye. NO marcella go check because I placed them on hold, I've been coming to this store for years and I know they are there please go check . Ofcourse, they were there and placed on hold just like I had asked. If I wouldn't have told her to check for them, I wouldn't have come and purchased them today. Imagine how many customers have placed holds and she told them NO they aren't here. Besides for this incompetent employee everyone else is lovely the store is...

Had not been here in a long time. Walked in shortly after 7pm after a dinner locally and was told to hurry as they closed at 8. Shopped for 10 minutes found a pretty bracelet not sure it was worth $40 but decided to get it regardless. Stood on line for a few minutes neither the person ahead of me nor I were helped as the person at the register was too busy counting out her drawer. After 10 minutes put bracelet down and left to check out their other location across street to see if it was worth coming back to check out clothing section again or pick up something quick. It was 7:40 and was told to remember they close at 8 none too kindly. Decided to leave and not return. I am sure the employees are pleasant, but Stores need to have good customer service to compete with online merchants. Needed to post this in the hope that management...
