BEST FACIAL I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! AMAZING RESULTS!!!!! FANTASTIC SERVICES!!!! KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND, AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF!!!!! I clearly cannot praise Beautiology enough. I have been a client of Marchelle's (the owner) for years and my skin has continued to improve. I have less redness (actually no redness now!), no acne, and a smooth complexion. I have Marchelle to thank for that and I could not be more grateful!!! I was initially skeptical to get a facial due to earlier experiences that were less than ideal; however, Marchelle has treated my skin with such care and attention that I cannot imagine missing my facial appointments. During our initial meeting, she consulted with me for about an hour to get a comprehensive understanding of not only my skin care routine but also my dietary, sleep, and exercise routines. She learned about my stress levels and medical history as well, taking into account every factor before even touching my skin. She walked me through the list of products that I was using at the time, highlighting how each chemical in these products was affecting my skin. I was impressed by her vast knowledge on the subject! I have been using her products for years and have truthfully never switched back to drug store brands. As my skin adapts to the seasons, Marchelle modifies my skin care routine. I feel so lucky! Yesterday was the first time I received services her new location and wow was I AWED. It is BEAUTIFUL!! I felt as if I were in a Zen palace, and I did not want to leave! I was greeted by friendly staff who offered me water and tea (which I happily drank) and a warm neck pillow – so soothing!! I sat in a dimly lit room with Himalayan sea salt lamps and soft meditative music playing as I read a magazine on the best skin-enhancing and nourishing smoothie recipes. Then, I was treated by Marchelle. You have to experience her to believe me – she is a miracle worker!!! Graceful, thoughtful, gentle. She goes above and beyond! From the warm blanket on the bed to the lavender mist she sprays, the facial exceeds a simple skin care treatment and is more of a holistic and meditative experience. I did not want to leave!! My mood was lighter, I felt more peaceful and less stressed, and my skin looked radiate! Marchelle is gentle but effective. You leave with a glowing complexion that LASTS!! She does not pick at your face until you are bleeding and bruised, as I had experienced in the past. She knows exactly what she is doing, and I could not imagine letting anyone else touch my face. At the end, Marchelle, as always, worked with me WITHIN MY BUDGET, to help me purchase the best combination of products for my skin. Today, my skin looks radiate and clear. Two of my coworkers already commented on my “glow” without knowing about my appointment … and it’s only 9:25am. I will continue to receive my services at Marchelle’s salon knowing that she provides quality care and is INFORMED!! She is constantly learning and sharing new information with me, which as her client, I value. I am proud of her for taking her business to the next level by opening a full salon, and I cannot wait to try all of the new services that are offered – manicure/pedicure, massage, waxing, and more. OH, she will also be doing my makeup for a formal event soon so I will have to come back to this review and provide updates. This review is so lengthy because I am grateful for Marchelle for helping me exceed my skin care goals, time and time again. This is the only review I have ever written so clearly I feel it is important to share this feedback. Lastly, but importantly, one time MARCHELLE CAME TO MY JOB TO DELIEVER ME PRODUCTS!!!!!! WHO DOES THAT?? MARCHELLE DOES!!!! This woman is a miracle – not just a great and dedicated esthetician but an inspirational and kind human being. What an absolute incredible experience i had, and when i say experience i mean it. It’s not just a service it feels like a one day, all included, spa experience no matter what service you decide to choose. The second you walk in you are immediately greeted at a wonderful welcome desk with this exquisite chandelier style lighting, i was told to have a seat on this super comfortable red couch, strictly professional they took my coat and then eventually took me into a room they call the “sanctuary”, i have never been somewhere so serene, completely different world from the front, they were playing soothing and calm music, they offered me delicious teas of my own choosing, cookies, some custom infused detox water they prepared, and i just forgot about the whole world for a while, the highly rated estethician greeted me and i almost didn’t want to leave the sanctuary. The most important part, the service i got was a Bespoke facial treatment, she did the works, i asked for before and after pictures and i couldn’t believe in the results after ONE treatment. She had so much knowledge on the human skin from all areas not just face, she gave me incredible tips and tricks i needed to do at home to help me out, FREE advice who can love their job and bussiness so much yet give free advice to do anything to help the guests see results. At the end she offered me some of her non toxic, vegan product line for my skin, including sunscreen, a serum and a facial cleanser. MAKE SURE TO BUY THE PRODUCTS SHE RECCOMENDS YOU, IT CHANGED MY LIFE.

All in all i will be back for more services, i was told they are doing non toxic vegan nails and massages. If you want to pamper someone or yourself, there cant be a place better than Beautiology, come try it...

I was in a desperate search for an special Esthetician as my hyperpigmentation/ acne prone skin has been getting worse.After days of researching, I found Beautiology.Even before stepping into this beauty spa,I was immediately impressed by the online presence and booking services website. I knew right away that this was the beauty spa for me.Yesterday, I called to book an appointment and was able to get in for skin consultation/Bespoke facial. Ladies and Gents this place right here is a local gem!and it's THE place to go to.When I walked in I was swooned by the beautiful stylish clean/crisp decor.I was catered too with such sincere hospitality as if I was someone familial.I had to fill out a detailed skin questionaire before getting treatment by the Lead Esthetician/Owner Marchelle. Marchelle is very experienced and knowledgeable about skin care especially for women of color.She tailored made a facial treatment for me and discussed in detail my skin care needs.No exaggeration,I left there literally glowing like how God's Glory made Moses glow.I honestly had never seen my face so beautiful/soft after a facial.It's like 25% of my skin issues has been reversed after just one facial.I am looking forward to coming back every month because I strongly know that my skin will be perfected.Marchelle is extremely talented and passionate about her craft.She takes pride in her business which is reflected by her team/ staff.
