Powerhouse Mason Supply — Attraction in Town of North Hempstead

These guys don't know how to treat their customers or how to build relationships. I don't know much about construction and when I came here to get a quote on the materials I needed, the guy (named Eric) got really upset when I've decided to go elsewhere to compare the price. He felt that he wasted his time with me, etc. As a consumer, I have a right to shop around, if I am not happy with the price being offered. If these guys can't accept this, they should get out of retail business. They can't expect every customer to make a purchase just because they've spent some time with such customer. By his rude attitude, Eric lost a customer and earned a bad review. A wiser response would have been " if you find a better price elsewhere, come back to me and I will match it or see what else I can do for you". I am taking my business elsewhere and will not be recommending this...
