Personal Computer Services — Attraction in Town of Oneonta

I'm upset still but being nice because the owners are nice but again I am upset. Everytime I use my computer, it is still slooooooow. Has been from the very beginning. So slow it takes 30 minutes to do what I used to do in 5 min before I took it to be repaired. I won't take it back because it stayed in "hospital" for a very long time. Even after I paid for services in full (of which I was told it was done) and came to pay and pick it up and it was not done. Waited even longer. There is a warranty I was told but I feel I will never see my computer again if it goes back to be "repaired". Everytime I use my computer, I think about how the computer monitor was exchanged for a smaller screen without me being told. Yes, my original I brought in was a Pavillion 23 and now its a Pavillion 20 screen. That I kept forgetting to ask why. I feel ripped off. Also took a laptop there to be fixed and again it was there for months and finally was told it could not be fixed after that. I do appreciate not being charged the shelf fee, but still feel ripped off. Was never able to say it until now. UPDATE... After my computer did the last update, it is now redundant. I found out that when it was fixed, it was not updated with same features, its like it was updated from 10 years ago standards. I no longer had bluetooth just for an example, when I got it back. so....Now I cannot connect to internet, I cannot do anything but turn it on. It should not be doing that being that it was "fixed". The computer was bought brand new in late 2014. So upset even more now. What a waste of my money...

So far my experience with firm is really good. John is wonderful. they can be trusted, I left them with about 2,500$US of my parts today, I am going back on Saturday to shoot my build with John. I am too excited. I know he will not let me down. He has a 1060 graphics card in stock and he charged me what he got it for. NO BIT Miner's here. This guy seems very honest. If he is not, I will hunt him down and kill him. LOL I have a video session with him on Saturday. He booked the session with me just so I can film the unboxing, and build. I work with computers, so there are times where I have no desire to work on my own. For the last two years, I have always done my own computer work when I had the time.
